Now, when I say runner, you might picture in your mind a slim, trim, running machine. Someone who lives and breathes fitness. Someone who ties on the tennies, grabs a water bottle, and takes off into the distance rain or shine. Every. Single. Day.
While you might have one of the above fitness fiends as a friend, that’s not exactly what I’m talking about. It could be someone you know who doesn’t exactly love it, but exercise is “what the doctor ordered.”
Or maybe you were chatting with a friend or family member who said something to the effect of, “It’s been a rough year and I have been stress eating way too much.
